Welcome to my web page.
I have spent twenty five years in Poughkeepsie, a town in upstate New York. While shoveling snow one cold, winter day it dawned on me that I had been through too many snowstorms and it was time to move to a warmer area. In 2001 my husband, daughters and I moved to sunny Los Angeles, CA.
I joined Robert Frost Middle School in October 2008. This year I am teaching Grade 7, Pre-Algebra and Grade 8, Algebra Readiness. My Bachelor’s of Science degree in Mathematics has given me a clear understanding of mathematical concepts and the importance of taking the time to thoroughly explain each concept, procedure and application to my students.
I look forward to a great year at Robert Frost Middle School.
