TDAP REQUIRED FOR ALL INCOMING 7TH GRADE STUDENTS

The State of California mandates that all 7th Grade students show proof of the TDAP Vaccination prior to the start of school. Students who do not will not be enrolled unless an immunization record is presented and immunizations are up-to-date.

We want to ensure that all 7th grade students are able to attend classes on the first day of school. If your 7th grade student does not have proof of their TDAP immunization prior to Orientation, class schedules will not be issued.

If you have not done so already, please bring a copy of your child’s vaccination record to the office indicating that the TDAP vaccine has been given before Friday, August 4. Documents may also be faxed to 818-360-9584 or emailed to frostmstdap@gmail.com. Click on the headline above for an email link and locations of LAUSD Health Clinics offering the immunization.

Please ensure your child is receiving an appropriate amount of sleep time and a well balanced breakfast for each day of testing. Although only certain classes will be testing per week, everyone should be respectful and mindful during the school day to those who are testing.
